Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

During peak seasons or promotional sales, processing may take a little longer — but we’ll always keep you informed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and link so you can monitor your delivery. Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours of shipment.

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories, as well as APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Deliveries to remote or non-contiguous areas may take a few additional days.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears delayed or missing, please contact us at support@pinecrystal.com with your order number. We’ll work directly with the carrier to locate your package and ensure you receive the help you need.
