At Pine Crystal, we want you to love every purchase you make with us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@pinecrystal.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and step-by-step instructions on how to send your package back.

Items sent without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you’re unsure about your item’s eligibility, please contact us before initiating a return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive your preferred item is to return your original purchase. Once your return is accepted and processed, you can place a new order for the desired product.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a location within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason — as long as your item remains unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the refund approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at support@pinecrystal.com.
